A thermo-sonic dual-action cleansing and treatment device that replaces manual cleansing with a clinic-grade ritual. High-frequency sonic vibration performs a deep, non-abrasive decongestion of pores — lifting sebum, debris and the dulling buildup of dead surface cells that cause mature skin to lose its glow.
For anti-ageing skin, the ThermoCleanse delivers three non-negotiable benefits: it removes the dead-cell buildup that blocks topical absorption; it primes circulation so the actives applied afterwards penetrate more effectively; and its cool-phase lymphatic stimulation reduces morning puffiness and supports a firmer, more defined facial contour.

Dual warm/cool thermal modes each serve a distinct clinical purpose:
- Warm mode (40–45°C) — affects the epidermis and upper dermis (0–2mm); dilates capillaries, opens pores, softens surface residue, and enhances penetration of the actives applied beneath.
- Cool mode (5–10°C) — tones the skin at the epidermal surface, constricts capillaries, calms inflammation, reduces puffiness, and closes pores after treatment to lock in actives.

We do have the option of klarna through our checkout and for product purchases, the treatments we do offer payment options through a 3rd party finance company, they will add their own additional charges for offering the instalment option.

Do you offer refunds on consultation fees, booking fees or deposits?
All consultation fees, booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable. These are required to secure your appointment and reflect the allocation of dedicated clinical time, preparation and resources tailored to your treatment.
We understand that unexpected events may crop up and schedules change. where possible we will accommodate rescheduling requests in line with our booking terms, provided sufficient notice is given.
Can I return skincare products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if a product arrives damaged beyond use. In this case:
- You must provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the damage
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
