Topical skincare works at the surface. The SculptR V Lift works at the depth where ageing actually occurs the epidermis, dermis, fibroblasts, mitochondria, microcirculation, superficial fascia, and the SMAS muscle layer.

This is a multi-modality clinical device combining LED light therapy, EMS microcurrent, and facial cupping into a single at-home protocol designed to address every primary driver of visible ageing simultaneously.

LED Light Therapy

Seven clinically targeted wavelengths, each reaching a specific skin depth and serving a distinct biological function:

• Red (633nm): Reaches the dermis at 2 to 3mm. Stimulates fibroblasts, boosts collagen and elastin synthesis, and accelerates healing. Ideal for fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, post-acne scarring, and post-procedure recovery.
• Blue (415nm): Reaches the epidermis at 0.5mm. Destroys C. acnes bacteria, regulates sebum, and reduces active breakouts. Best for acne-prone and congested skin. Avoid on rosacea, eczema, and barrier-compromised skin.
• Green (520nm): Reaches the upper epidermis at 0.5 to 1mm. Regulates melanocyte activity and inhibits melanin production. The safest primary choice for melasma, hyperpigmentation, PIH, and uneven skin tone.
• Yellow (590nm): Reaches the epidermis and upper dermis at 1 to 2mm. Calms inflammation, reduces redness and vascular reactivity, and stimulates lymphatic flow. Ideal for rosacea, sensitivity, puffiness, and barrier-compromised skin.
• White (Broad-spectrum): Reaches multiple depths from 0.5 to 4mm. Delivers simultaneous anti-ageing, brightening, and healing action. Best for overall rejuvenation and maintenance protocols.
• Purple (Red and Blue combined): Reaches the epidermis and dermis at 0.5 to 3mm. Dual-action antibacterial and regenerative. Ideal for acne with scarring, cystic acne, and blemish-prone skin.
• Light Blue / Cyan (490nm): Reaches the upper epidermis at 0.5 to 1mm. Calms and soothes, reduces oxidative reactivity. The most universally tolerated wavelength, ideal for sensitive skin, post-treatment recovery, and after sun exposure.

EMS Microcurrent

Sub-sensory electrical impulses penetrate through the epidermis and dermis to reach the Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS) at 4 to 8mm — the same muscle-fascia layer targeted by clinical HIFU and professional facelift treatments. At this depth, EMS performs three distinct clinical functions simultaneously:

• Muscle re-education: Retrains facial muscles toward their original position and tone, supporting visible lifting along the jawline, cheekbones, and brow.
• Fibroblast stimulation: Activates dermal fibroblasts to produce fresh collagen and elastin.

Facial Cupping

The Clinical Protocol

Each step is sequenced for a specific clinical reason. Cupping precedes EMS because it prepares and decongests the tissue releasing fascial tension, flushing lymphatic stagnation, and oxygenating cells so that microcurrent is applied to well-perfused, relaxed, receptive tissue.

Starter Protocol

• Phase One (Weeks 1 to 2): 2 sessions per week at low intensity. Building skin, muscle, and lymphatic tolerance.
• Phase Two (Weeks 3 to 4): 3 sessions per week at low to medium intensity. Skin and muscles are now adapted.
• Phase Three (Week 5 onwards): 3 to 5 sessions per week at medium intensity. Active treatment phase.
• Phase Four (Maintenance): 2 to 3 sessions per week at medium intensity. Sustaining results long-term.

When to Pause or Avoid Treatment

• Active cold sore, open wound, or infection in the treatment area
• Within 7 to 14 days of professional peels, microneedling, or laser
• During a melasma flare switch to Green or Yellow LED only at low intensity
• If pregnant, consult your clinician before using EMS
• If you have a pacemaker, implanted electrical device, or are under active cancer treatment EMS is contraindicated
